HomePsych's client portal allows clients and providers to connect in new ways by providing clients with the convenience of anywhere-anytime questionnaires and the empowerment of updatable personal information and access to shared client notes.

HomePsych allows clients to complete pre-visit questionnaires at any time from anywhere, and enhances the client's experience by replacing waiting-room paperwork with secure electronic questionnaires, which automatically become part of the client chart.
HomePsych grants clients further ease-of-use and control over their own records by allowing them to access and update their personal data, health insurance and pharmacy information, and access notes which have been shared with the client.

When clients log in, they are presented with basic instructions, customized text from staff members, and links to assigned questionnaires.
Clients have the ability to view and update their personal contact, pharmacy and health insurance information at any time.
If a provider chooses to share certain notes with clients, these records can be accessed on the client's document page.
Extensive identifying information can easily be updated by both providers and clients.
The questionnaire page provides clients access to questionnaires assigned to them by their providers, as well as completed and optional questionnaires.
